DAOES (TCD’s governing body)
The 14-member DAOES Board (DuPage Area Occupational Education System) is the governing body of Technology Center of DuPage and 23 other technical education delivery sites. It was formed in response to mandates that require all schools that receive federal and state aid to become part of a regional career & technical educational system. Representatives from the following school districts comprise the DAOES Board:
- Hinsdale District 86
- Glenbard District 87
- DuPage District 88
- West Chicago District 94
- Downers Grove District 99
- Fenton District 100
- Lake Park District 108
- Wheaton-Warrenville District 200
- Westmont District 201
- Lisle District 202
- Naperville District 203
- Indian Prairie District 204
- Elmhurst District 205
- Lyons District 204 (Cook County)
Non-member school districts may petition the DAOES Board to enroll students on a year-by-year basis.
